Her passion for working with Parsons House seniors and their families is boundless.

Angelica Williamson

Director of Marketing

Angelica joined the Parsons House "family" in August 2010 as a Resident Services Director. Today she serves as the In-House Marketing Director.  She has long felt the call to volunteer and work with older adults, and formalized her path with a degree in Social Gerontology at the Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. Angelica delights in her role at Parsons House as new residents get to know their neighbors and become part of our community.  Her favorite thing about Parsons House is that we never pass up a holiday, birthday or reason to celebrate each other.

Lynn Roberson

Health Services Administrator

Lynn joined the staff of Parsons House Austin in 2000 with 15 years of experience in geriatric care. She served as Director of Assisted Living and Executive Director before assuming her current position. Growing up in Hallettsville, Texas, Lynn spent countless happy hours with her grandparents, learning foremost from them the importance of patience. Lynn is a licensed Nurse and has obtained National Administrative Certification and National Assisted Living Certification. Lynn attended Victoria College and Austin Community College. She is married and has raised two children.

Lynn knows first-hand that maintaining the highest standard of living for residents of Parsons House takes dedication and patience. She credits the staff for working closely to ensure the very best care. From the first day Lynn walked into Parsons House Austin and saw all of the smiling faces in the lobby, she has felt "at home" every single work day.

Rachel Villanueva

Resident Services Director

Caring for seniors runs in the family for Rachel. Growing up, Rachel experienced her mother's dedication to senior care as a Certified Nursing Assistant and dietary cook for seniors throughout Austin. Rachel's eldest sister became a CNA, working alongside their mother, and Rachel's aunts also worked in the senior care industry. Rachel has been with the Parsons House community for over 18 years, through its transition to Parsons House Austin. She has served many important hands-on roles and in 2003 became Resident Services Director. Rachel makes every moment with our residents count, and feels great about learning from them over the years, listening to their needs and knowing she can help.
