Sarah Irwin - Exectutive Director
Sarah joined Parsons House Austin after spending 4 years as the Executive Director of a memory care community. She graduated from the Diana R. Garland School of Social Work at Baylor University with both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work and a minor in Gerontology. Her passion for serving seniors and their families started at a young age and has only continued to grow. Sarah takes on challenges with patience and grace. Her welcoming personality makes you feel as if you have known her your whole life. When she took her first steps into Parsons House Austin, she knew this was where she was meant to be. The warm friendly smiles, the welcoming environment, and the engaged residents were just a few of the qualities that made our community feel like home to her!
Teffanie Price - Assisted Living Director
Teffanie joined Parsons House Austin in 2008 as a member of our care staff. Throughout her time at Parsons House Austin, she has taken on many roles and excelled at each one. With her vast knowledge of our community and her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Teffanie provides skill and dedicated service to our residents and their families. Teffanie has recently been promoted to Assisted Living Director. Teffanie is originally from Wisconsin, but feels right at home in Texas, where the state is as big as her kind heart and warm smile. She spends her days loving, encouraging, and dancing with her two beautiful, charismatic daughters.
Brittani Johnson - Community Relations Director
Brittani is originally from Killeen, TX. She joined the Parsons House Austin team with five years of Resident Care experience. She first began her journey as a caregiver before eagerly taking the role of Marketing Director. Brittani has compassion and patience in the most delicate situations. She is creative and humorous as she welcomes families and friends to Parsons House. You may see a hint of her love for owls throughout her office. Brittani is committed to inspiring the lives of every individual she meets.
Kevin Aderholt - Maintenance Director
Kevin joined Parsons House Austin after spending a year and a half as the head of maintenance at a skilled nursing facility. Before that, he served the Austin area as an EMT for nine years and continues to volunteer with them. Our residents love how devoted he is to keeping our building in tip top shape. It’s obvious that Kevin came from the small town of Wylie, Texas, because of the personal and respectful way he treats each individual resident. In his free time, you can find Kevin out enjoying the Texas sunshine by fishing, hunting, tubing, and kayaking.
Angelica Williamson - Resident Services Director
Angelica joined Parsons House Austin in 2010 after graduating from Texas State University majoring in Urban Planning and Social Gerontology. As Resident Services Director, she welcomes new residents into the flock and helps them get successfully settled in. Her passion is keeping her friends at Parsons House connected to the community by planning weekly outings and happenings to reflect what our residents like to do. Angelica is a native Austinite. On the weekends, she enjoys going to see plays, live music, and grabbing a bite at a new restaurant. You can often find her at the green belt with her three dogs - one of which was imported from the Parsons House parking lot. She invites you to drop by anytime and join in on the fun.
Xaviera (XT) Chambers - Business Office Manager
Xaviera (also known as XT for short) joined Parsons House in July, 2017. She has many years of experience in customer service and management. Xaviera comes to us following nine years at Apple and has her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification. Parsons House is her first experience in the senior living industry. She is looking forward to getting to know all of our residents!
Kendrick King - Dining Services Director
Chef Kendrick King, a native of Houston, Texas, came from humble beginnings. Being the baby boy of seven, Mr. King spent most of his time teaching himself how to cook. He spent a lot of time in his grandmother’s kitchen, where he learned the basics and how to love his food. Kendrick graduated from The Art Institute of Houston in 2014, with special awards from Singapore Culinary Institute. He went off and became a sous chef for various restaurants in Houston, Texas, and built himself a solid foundation for producing authentic, tantalizing dishes. Working as part of a large culinary team helped to hone his communication and leadership skills, which lead him to Austin in 2016. Chef King is known for his freshly made dishes and innovation. He takes particular pride in the superb quality of the ingredients he uses, and employing various food textures and colors. In his spare time, Chef King enjoys being active, spending time with family and his significant other, walking his dog, and being the life of the party.
Rhonda Prince - Marketing Director
Rhonda Prince joined Parsons House in the Summer of 2018 as our on-site Marketing Director. Rhonda is originally from South Texas. She has worked in the senior living industry for nearly thirty years and understands the industry from the lens of many different job roles. Rhonda truly enjoys being an advocate and a resource to seniors and their families. When she is away from Parsons House, you can find Rhonda outside doing yardwork, swimming, or playing with her 4-legged kids.
